The last mail I can find on the subject seems to indicate that there were problems getting RPC to work with ipv6 (from Henning: http://marc.info/?l=openbsd-misc&m=120291072230011&w=3). I'm not sure if this was for lack of a TI-RPC implementation or other reasons. Any info on where this is?
