anyway, it works ok here,
check your network settings including /etc/hosts.
I didn't make any changes to /etc/hosts.
I am running a fresh installation of OpenBSD 4.7 (stable). I installed
tomcat5.5 via pkg_add.
I start tomcat with startup.sh (as root) and then i start jconsole (as
root as well). jconsole starts up and i can choose a process-id to
connect to (localy running). I choose tomcat's pid but the connection
fails after a minute or so.
