Especially the price of electricity in externally owned datacentres (*) - and restrictions on current drawn; there are still places which allow just 4A (@240V) per rack footprint (and 8A/footprint is fairly common). (*) http://redinterbushouseexchangegatenorth.net/pricing.php ;)
