*lmao* At my place, requests for exceptions come to me, and I normally turn around in a day or so, unless I missed that email (emails are broken proceeses anyway, they should be opening a ticket). If I get beaten by a snail, my super type A personality boss gets really excited (and like I told my team - our basis for success is not to make him excited... :))
