First, get VirtualBox 3.0.8. Your version is ancient. Run it on a machine that has either Intel VT-x or AMD-V. Make a new vm host and make sure the VT-X or AMD-V option is enable for that host. OpenBSD should run fine afterwards. OR, get VMWare server. It's free, and doesn't emulate a poor CPU like VirtualBox does. http://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/639
