So, what are you asking for? For OpenBSD to adopt the Mac OS X mbuf interface (or "KPI")?
What is the deficiency in the OpenBSD mbuf interface that you see? What function do you need? For what application? Most of the Mac OS X "mbuf KPI" is the same as the OpenBSD mbuf interface, just with different function names. In some cases there are new functions that OpenBSD doesn't have, and handles differently. But I suspect you don't even know what you're asking for.
