Great catch, Nick. It does, indeed, look like a live media boot. I sure hope it wasn't one of mine, but because he mentioned "firefox" I'm guessing it might be. Among my live media ISOs is one that is described as a "firefox" image, which is a 4.4-release system that has www/mozilla-firefox and its dependent packages installed. If this is one of mine, it's the first problem with one ever reported to misc@, instead of to me. And if this is one of mine, the OP didn't bother reading my FAQ or the descriptions in my download pages. Briefly, none of the ISOs are installable.
