I forgot credit where credit is due. it was jsing@ who did the work you should have done, finding out what actually causes the crash. a null pointer deref in case of a ICMPv6 header in an IPv4 packet. it was jsing@ who went further and found the spot in the code misbehaving in that case. And it was him who fixed it. With a little input from me, but he did all the work. The work you should have done, at least partially.
