Can you please attach the full dmesg - the two screenshots don't give the complete picture (excuse the pun ;~P) - and as someone pointed out the misc@ list strips attachments. 4.4 did find your rl0 interface but pci_intr_map couldn't allocate it an irq - I don't know why but a full dmesg would help solve the issue. On 4.4 all the devices shown have bad interrupt mapping - at a guess this might need a bios setting change. Try a snapshot and paste the full dmesg's. hth Fred
