I could use pdfedit to remove pages 43 through 51 (pages 45 thru 53 of
the pdf), and I also had that thought. But entirely removing that part
may make it harder to get 3com to accept the changed version. OTOH it
may make it easier to get their permission to host the edited pdf
(because then it's no longer the full document).

I agree that the IPv6 section is crap, and it just makes me think that
management came down and said "oh, we have to talk about IPv6 as
well". It's a shame because except for the formatting issues, the rest
of the PDF, the part that's about IPv4, is really quite good.
