is there a version of LTSP for openbsd? I mean: OpenBSD Terminal Server Project!
What are your goals? If you want to set up a pre-packaged distro or release, then that's one thing. If you simply want to run a thin client using OpenBSD, then all the tools should be there: tftp, dhcp, nfs, X.
