There are 12 projects/distros based on OpenBSD to my knowledge but there is not a project ThinOpenBSD. Here they are in order 1. Anonym.OS 2. Flashboot 3. MirBSD 4. OliveBSD 5. OpenBSD Live-CD Firewall 6. SONaFR 7. CompactBSD 8. EmBSD 9. MicroBSD 10. ekkoBSD 11. PsygNAT 12. flahdist You probably want to read beside diskless little bit about trivial file transfer protocol (tftp) which is the part of base installation and Xorg man pages. OpenBSD if fantastic OS for both Thin diskless and Thin clients with HDD. There is a project based on FreeBSD called ThinBSD. You can look on the net old stuff about creating thin clients from PicoBSD. There is an English guy in France who is creating FreeBSD based distro for schools called FenestrOs. http://www.fenestros.co.uk/doku.php He has quite a few scripts already for Thin diskless clients.
