Well short of building yourself into a faraday cage there is not much you can do to avoid van Eck sniffing. Also while LCD's are immune, I hear that a similar technique can be applied to LCD's. I am guessing sniffing LCD's is probably an order of magnatude more difficult than CRT tho.
