First the obvious: If it can, then why doesn't it?

Second, seems like mathematics has "axioms" not "laws".

There are a few things you can define with pretty good rigor,
not all that easy to do a lot with 'em though.
That glib a statement is only made by people who have no
concept of clear or of precise or of absolute.
