The focus of OpenBSD is on security. Its not the problem but it is incompatible with providing binary blob drivers. This is in no way a complaint agains OpenBSD. _Somebody_ has to provide a rock-solid secure OS and that precludes allowing some things that would otherwise be convenient for some people. I do beleive that the current short statement in the FAQ should be expanded to address the issue. Doug.
