pppoe is not included in the installation kernels. You have a few choices, in order of preference: 1. set up your DSL modem as a router and complete the installation. Then you can configure pppoe and set the modem to bridge mode. 2. download installation sets to a different machine, setup a web or ftp server and install over the local network. 3. if you have a spare disk, on your PC, place the sets there, formatted as a FAT filesystem, then install from the disk.
