Two thoughts here...
First of all, the Barracuda product is really well done. Don't discount
it, as they do a /great/ job of filtering without FPs. However, most
businesses would rather spend the money and add knowledge to the company
than spend the same amount and learn nothing. I'd say to really evaluate
both solutions -- most likely the outcome will be roughly equal from the
perspective of your CEO, just a matter of who the check is made out to.
