While we appreciate all the ideas, the number of internal cycles that have been applied to the funding issue has been rather significant. There are a myriad of issues - from legal to taxation to image and marketing. Trust me when I say that between Theo, Beck, me and various others, we've pretty much hashed all the reasonable options out. The bottom line is that it is a difficult proposition to take an existing "entity" and its structure, tax position, technical and market recognition and put together new options. We have to look at the cost-benefit of a lot of factors. There's Theo's own inertia as well - there is over a decade of history and a lot of credibility on the line. Ultimately, there are a few things in the works. They will be announced as appropriate and when necessary. --Jason
