Actually, I talked to Theo about this last year, as we currently operate a non-profit that is underutilized. The problem is that since OBSD is NOT a non-profit, a 'regular' corp cannot transfer funds without a TON of justification paperwork (especially internationally) - our attorney said it was definately not worth the legal expense involved and would almos certainly invite an IRS audit (at more expense).
