IMHO allowing employers to seek out OBSD admins for employment helps further encourage OBSD use. Simply telling employers that they aren't welcome fosters a negative attitude that, to me, doesn't encourage OBSD use. But I could see the fine line of 'head-hunter poop' being crossed way too easily, or this list becoming something of a want-ad list... ugh.
So why can't there be a jobs@ or something similar? Is there a philosophical reason it hasn't been in place already that I'm overlooking?
