There is 6m lines of code to audit WRT the GPL, so give them a chance. Sun are a small company compared to IBM, HP, MS, so to grow, they need to be different, from how they have been in the past. There is a new man at the top, who has pledged to open source all of Sun's software and hardware, so maybe jason@ will be able to get the Ultra 10 PCI gubbins working without guess work.
