Why kill trees?
There are many books around that are just print-outs of manpages
of some unix system with some additional colophon. (I remember my
first unix experience with half a meter of ultrix documentation
beneith the terminal -- very scaring).
And I've never seen a printed book with a `-k' option as in man(1).
