For such a setup, get a subnet delegation (I second Kurt Millers suggestion of using SixXS instead of using Hexago). Then use rtadvd(8) on the LAN side of your machine and off you go. I've been running OpenBSD IPv6 routers since 2.6 using this setup and it Just Works (tm) Unfortunately, Squid has no IPv6 support yet, so you won't be able to use that. And although you can NAT IPv6 with pf, it's neither suggested nor required as you can easily acquire a /48 for your own personal use.
