Setting up a RIR handle indicates a level of clue thereby improving
the quality of the users of the service and thereby improving the
quality of the service. You can quite easily create your own handle,
there's no real magic to it.

And SixXS also lets you create as many tunnels as you need. I
currently operate 3 (peaked at 4 some time ago but since moved to
native IPv6 on my DSL line).
