In fact this is not just a problem with my machine. I bought a dedicated server (www.dedibox.fr). I installed OpenBSD 3.9 on it. Other people did exactly the same and the have the same problem.
This is NOT a hardware which is disfunctioning. This must be a problem of compatibility.
