Hi!

Yet another one of those weird things. HP Compaq dc5100, a couple thousand
km away from me, I've got a KVM/IP and a 3.9 cd stuck in the drive.

Installed -release, rebooted, cvs'd to 3.9-stable, built GENERIC.RAID,
rebooted. GENERIC.RAID = GENERIC + option RAID_AUTOCONFIG + pseudo device
raid 4.

The boot stops at

biomask e7fd netmask effd ttymask ffff
pctr: user-level cycle counter enabled
Kernelized RAIDframe activated

and hangs here until the on-site person reboots it. I still have console
scrollback at that point.

Where should I start looking?

I noticed that "biomask..." line is slightly different from the GENERIC
kernel. Does anybody see anything peculiar in this dmesg?

Thanks, Mitja
