Okay:
I unplugged the dock (which is the one I was getting the power from), and plugged only the original charger. Same error. I also unplugged everything, so battery. Nope. > Does unplugging the headphones make any difference? I don't have headphones plugged. Now in the laptop nor in the microphone. > Does this happen on other machines? (ex. a desktop computer) No, other machines work a little too good with the microphone, without having to install drivers. For example, I can plug and unplug it freely and it will connect correctly on a Windows machine, no drivers involved, with and without the hub.
