It is working “Ok” in current setup. But occasionally I get “No audio” on 
incoming calls. But it is not easy to reproduce.
Having had a hacked PBX once, which was trying to make international calls, i 
really hesitate to put it into the wild unprotected.
I prefer setting up the bridge solution first to rule out any NAT problems.
