g++, gcc and gcov in /bin are from Apr 13, 2019. The rest are from
Oct 5, 2020.

rbound in /sbin is from Oct 12, 2019. vmctl and vmd in sbin are from
Oct 11, 2018. The rest from Oct 5, 2020.

In the directories in /usr are a lot of old files. Perhaps some libraries
play a role.
