ZFS cannot be ported to OBSD. It has an unacceptable license. If something like it were to be used on OBSD it would have to be written from scratch with a BSD license and it has already been discussed at length on this list how hard that is. Besides it is not really necessary. ZFS is overly complex and not needed in most cases.
