This is for fastly.cdn.openbsd.org which is cnamed to osff.map.fastly.net - the DNS servers that I see for this don't give a v6 address. I hesitate to say that it would be the same everywhere but it seems likely. Assuming this holds, pkg_add wouldn't be making an IPv6 connection.
