I took and iPhone with iOS and Safari ( i think!) on it and pointed the browser to the current link of man pages [1]. All i can say is the layout is displayed on full display, not stretched. Text is fine, paragraphs are scaled ok, not even a simple problem. Font is fine. [1] https://man.openbsd.org/
