Exactly what i said in my last mail, it doesn't belong into the HTML.

But as i explained in my last mail, practically no browser
supports css-device-adapt-1, not even on mobile platforms.

Again, when talking about long-established standards (like CSS 2.1),
i don't care about browser support and gladly blame browsers that
fail to conform to the standards.  But relying on *future* standards
that no browser supports makes no sense.
