hack, hunt, phantasia and sail are either completely broken or mostly broken since they had their setgid bits removed almost 4 months ago: http://cvsweb.openbsd.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb/src/games/hack/Makefile so far, nobody has stepped up to fix them and I think you're the first to mention it on the list.
