I'm experiencing a systematic crash in a fresh 5.5 install, starting the
wsmoused service and then switch from console to X.
The following steps reliably reproduce the problem:
1) (from a X session) sudo wsconsctl display.focus=1
2) (from the wscons) sudo /etc/rc.d/wsmoused -f start
3) (from the wscons) sudo wsconsctl display.focus=4
(sometimes I need to switch back and forth between wscons and X to
trigger the fault; as far as I can tell, it didn't happen on 5.4.

focusing on a different kind of crash, which unfortunately doesn't help
