Holds true until you realize that the box their software came in has a big orange sticker on it notifying you that they aren't liable for any of that stuff you would expect to be able to get money out of them from. Like I said, snake oil. Don't believe for a moment that vendors don't take every possible precaution to indemnify themselves from having to be responsible for problems you experience as a result of using their software. DS
