Is there a reason why dwm should be included into base? dwm is extremely small, easy to compile and install (it doesn't even need gnu make crap, everything necessary to build comes with base). And, last but not least, its configuration is modified by editing its config.h by hand. So, everyone seriously using it compiles it from source, anyway.
