Hi,
As a relative newcomer to Openbsd, I decided to write a review of the 5.1
release for Distrowatch.com from a desktop user's perspective.
Openbsd has come a long way in terms of improved hardware support and ease
of setup and my experience has been very positive.

Nice review.

After a quick glance, I've found just a minor inaccuracy:

"OpenBSD 5.1 amd64 does not have Adobe Flash support but the i386 version does."

This is not true: OpenBSD has no adobe flash. Neither on amd64, nor on i386.

ciao,
David

You are quite right. I meant that the i386 version could access flash via linux emulation through Opera. I installed the amd64 version which has no linux emulation or flash support. This has not caused any issues for me. The browsers support html5 and I am able to capture and play most flash videos in VLC.
Thanks for the comment
