That said, I think expecting web servers everywhere to bend over backwards to accommodate an MS-only HTML editor (towards greater vendor lock-in) is wrong-footed, and I've never installed MS FrontPage server extensions myself, so even if I were more sympathetic, I probably couldn't help you much further.
