I was able to boot from CD37.iso, lastest snapshot in serial console but run into missing init while boot processing.

Here is the output. Any assistance on getting this running again is appreciated.

Really? It also referes to the dhcpd(8) man page and what you need exactly
depends on what type of system you are going to use as your bootp/dhcp server.
