Hi there,
I'm trying to configure an OpenBSD 3.7 box with a LSI SATA 150-4 RAID
Card, but I'm having problems with timeout errors. The machine boots
from an IDE disk, and then I have two 160GB SATA disks configured in a
RAID 1 fashion, as one logical drive.
Every now and then, specially when copying or performing I/O on the
RAID, errors like this appear on screen:

When these errors appear, the machine is still usable, but cannot
execute any type of I/O with those disks.
I have already changed the PSU to make sure it was not related to power
consumption (now using a 450 Watts PSU), replaced the serial ata cables
with shorter ones and placed dedicated fans on top of the serial ata
disks (before this, they got really hot, and I was afraid that this was
related to the timeouts). I have also upgraded the controller's firmware
to the latest one: 713N.
I searched the archives for something related, and found some bugs with
the aac driver, but I'm not sure that this is related.
Any help with this will be greatly appreciated,
