Oh, I downloaded the earlier bare .frag version:

and then I ran (on my Lenovo X250 with an i7 5600u):

time shader_precompile=false glslparsertest --check-link obsfucated_shader.frag 
pass 3.30

Disabling the precompile removes the i965 backend time.
