Sorry, I didn't mean fail in the GL API sense. I meant fail as in, return NULL in the relevant function. I think we're on the same page. This brings up a good point which I meant to highlight in the commit message and forgot. I was assuming if one of the tokens is not implemented by a driver, GL_INVALID_ENUM would be returned (as is present case for i965 with tessellation + comute). However, one could argue that this extension is all or nothing. If you support the extension, you must support all 11 tokens.
