Jakob said on IRC that he didn't think this fix was correct, but I don't know what he had in mind. I asked a few weeks ago if anyone knew why an unshared-glapi would be a good thing to have but I didn't see any reasons. If shared-glapi works everywhere, then I think it's a good option to remove. It'll make converting glapi to automake easier too.
