This series removes arch and timestamp directories and instead hashes that information into the cache keys themselves. It still uses the timestamps, fixing that (replacing with build id?) is left for a later time. I've also left the gpu name dir as I kind of like it, but it's trivial to hash it in too, if it's how others want it to be.
This series should also solve bug 100091.
