Not sure of a 'site' or a free area to look... but the UB editor (used heavily in billing) should provide you with what you need (keeping in mind that some payers have specific requirements per contract that differ from the 'guidelines'). Section III of the book entitled Revenue Code Descriptions, Codes & Charges provides detailed information on what each revenue code is for...
Specifically in the description of that chapter of the UB editor it states: Revenue codes affect reimbursement, particularly for outpatient claims. This chapter links all HCPCS coding requirements to a revenue code as well as to a correct type of bill (TOB) code definition (see chapter l).
