We are Magic 5.5.3, and have been Esigning for about a year. We have been trying to set up the OE/MRI Link for Incomplete Records and are having problems. If a record is missing a dictation, we understand that we must enter a manual deficiency for this. However, when the dictation is dictated, a new auto deficiency is entered and the manual deficiency is not updated. We have been trying to come up with a workaround, but to no avail. Anyone have any ideas?
