Place a comment type query on the order proc cds, make it the first query on the screen. Dft the user id and if it does not start with ADM, reject and force the user to exit the screen.

I am trying to write and order rule that will allow only users with a
specific mnemonic to enter said order. Such as, ADM.XXX...I only want
those folks with ADM as the beginning of their mnemonic to be able to
enter the order COP.
