The only issue I see with this is the differences across facilities.
Facilities have different menu set up, different documentation, and
different processes (for example, may be using a paper process (I
can't believe I said that) for some documentation and electronic for
others.).  They may be using Iatrics Visual Flow Sheet, BMV, or other
advanced clinicals, eMar, Status Board...the list goes on.  It's these
differences, though the functionality may be the same, that make every
facility unique, thus making it difficult to do a generic orientation
and not confuse people more than they already are.  I could see this
possibly working if the agency had access to a facilities TEST
environment for orientation purposes at specified times...
