Hi,
     Right now our physicians place an order using POM for a vancomycin trough 
and then enter an arbitrary time for the peak, just to get the order in where 
it requires a date time, even though it might not fall in the time frame after 
the med is given. How do you enter these 'action' type of orders using POM. 
(Phlebotomy is based on the nursing floors so they would not be able to edit 
the order in lab)
